Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, you will receive the same product as shown in the pictures. However, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur due to the handmade nature of Wood Stone products.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view your sales receipt in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.
Do I need to make a down payment before placing an order?
Yes, to confirm your order, a 50% advance payment of the total amount is required before production begins. The remaining balance can be paid before delivery or upon delivery, depending on the order type.
Is my down payment refundable?
The 50% advance payment is generally non-refundable once production has started, as each Wood Stone product is handcrafted and made to order. However, if you need assistance regarding your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Where can I ship my order?
We currently ship orders all over Bangladesh. Simply enter your delivery address during checkout to see available shipping options.
How long does delivery take?
All Wood Stone products are handcrafted and made to order. Delivery usually takes up to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
